How Are You Paid?

As your truck dispatch partner, we book loads for you and send the rate confirmations. We ensure that the brokers or shippers we work with are rated A, B, or C by your factoring company. Every Friday, we send you an invoice for the agreed-upon percentage based on completed loads. Payment is due the following Monday. You never pay for our dispatch services in advance.

At Clear Path Trucking LLC, we prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. We never use, disclose, or share any proprietary information related to your business for personal gain. All data shared with us remains strictly confidential and is used solely to provide you with the best dispatching services.

Absolutely! We welcome truck drivers and carriers at all stages of their careers. While it can be challenging for new carriers due to brokers and shippers often preferring carriers with at least six months to a year of MC authority, we are committed to helping you succeed from day one. Our team works hard to secure the best loads possible, ensuring you build a profitable business even in your first year. As your business grows, our partnership will help unlock even better rates and opportunities.

Getting started with our dispatch services is simple. Reach out to us by phone, email, or through our website. Our sales manager will contact you promptly and send you a Dispatch-Carrier Agreement via email. Review, complete, sign, and return the agreement along with the required Carrier Packet documents, including:

  • W9 Form
  • Letter of Attorney
  • Authority Certificate
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Notice of Assignment from Your Factoring Company

Once we receive your documents, we’re ready to provide top-quality dispatch services tailored to your business needs.
